FreeSewing is open source software to generate bespoke sewing patterns, loved by home sewers and fashion entrepreneurs alike.

The Bi the Way Scarf was inspired by the Bisexual flag and its beautiful colors - blue, purple, and pink - to show pride in a sexual orientation that is too often ignored, erased, and mistreated. Makers are of course welcome to make this scarf in any colors they wish, though selecting to wear colors that show one’s pride is the ultimate goal of the design! The scarf would look fabulous in any tri-colored pride flag color scheme.

Like most other responsible dog walkers, I carry my own doggie poop bags attached to the handle of my leash (I use a retractable style). I’ve owned three over the years -- all plastic, purchased from pet stores. They’ve been OK, but are a bit heavy and do get in the way. Another problem is that the “straps” that go around the leash handle fail after a short time of use. This results in dropped equipment and no bags available when you need one most … Then you have to go find it! Not convenient at all… I have been looking for a replacement in stores and on-line. The one I liked best is made of fabric and costs about $12. I thought to myself, “You could make that for FREE!”
